Therapist PartTime Hybrid Frederick MD

We are seeking a compassionate, licensed therapist to join our team in a part-time, hybrid role . This position offers flexibility, with both in-person and remote sessions, and provides the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Establish positive, trusting rapport with patients
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Meet regularly with patients to provide counseling and adjust treatment as necessary
• Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor patient progress
• Involve and advise family members when appropriate
• Refer patients to specialists or agencies when necessary
• Maintain thorough records of patient interactions and progress
• Follow safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality
• Support the practice by completing related tasks as needed

Location:
Frederick, MD – Hybrid (in-person and remote sessions)

Requirements:

• Active license to practice therapy in the state of Maryland
• Proven experience diagnosing and treating mental health disorders
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
