Certified Nurse Assistant - PRN

Description

Under supervision, performs routine non-professional care; take and record vital signs; collect specimens and performs related patient care tasks. Duties to include, but not limited to, assisting with transporting patients in the procedural setting.

Ability to provide basic support to nurses and other clinical personnel with regard to the care and treatment of patients in our very busy Outpatient Recovery room. Must have good interpersonal communication skills and be a team player.

Provides basic support to nurses and other clinical personnel with regard to the care and treatment of patients. This position performs certain administrative functions. including maintenance and order of medical supply inventory and occasional clerical assistance.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experience preferred. Must be certified.
