Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Core Java Developer with a strong background in the banking domain to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development and a solid understanding of banking applications and systems. This is a hybrid role, allowing for a mix of remote and in-office work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance Java applications for banking solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in Java development and the banking industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience in Core Java development.
• Strong understanding of Java 7/8 features and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Experience in the banking domain, with knowledge of banking systems, transactions, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
