Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in Medical/Surgical settings to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care in clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare providers
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Utilize medical terminology and maintain accurate patient records
• Provide acute care for patients in medical/surgical units
• Offer specialized care for senior patients
• Must be able to work as part of a team. 1:6 patient ratio.
Requirements:
- Valid RN license and BLS certification
- Previous experience in medical/surgical or acute care settings
Must Haves:
• NV RN License
• Associate Degree or Higher in Nursing
• American Heart Association BLS
Nice to Haves:
Previous Hospital Experience
Shift: Day/Night 06:45 – 19:15 or 18:45 – 07:15, including every other weekend.
