If so, you'll be excited to join our Nutanix Customer Success team as a Resident Consultant in the healthcare industry. You'll have the opportunity to administer and support our customer's existing Nutanix/VMware environment, investigate and solve issues, and provide guidance on architectural and engineering changes. Sales at Nutanix As a Resident Consultant at Nutanix, you would be part of the Customer Success team. This team is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and helping customers successfully implement and utilize Nutanix solutions. You would work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, including the sales team and customers in the healthcare industry. The team values collaboration, innovation, and a customer-centric approach. Together, you would provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to customers, helping them leverage Nutanix and VMware technologies to optimize their virtualization environments and achieve their business goals. Your Role Administration and support of Nutanix/VMware environment Provide automation through scripting and common frameworks Investigate and solve issues in the environment Create growth plans and generate reports Act as a trusted advisor for Nutanix and VMware best practices Identify and suggest architectural and engineering changes Collaborate with a sales team for new opportunities and updates Provide status reporting and project updates Physical placement of servers and software installation What You Will Bring 5+ years of virtualization consulting or systems administration experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of VMware and Nutanix virtualization technologies Automation skills, including experience with Terraform and Ansible Experience with storage technologies and data protection Proficiency in Windows administration Hands-on experience in large-scale virtualization environments Ability to diagnose complex networking problems Customer-focused mindset and ability to build relationships About the Team Meet Rob – Rob Bradbury ( A six-year Nutanix veteran, currently leading team of Consultants, Residents and Technical Account Managers. Twenty plus years of industry experience, including past roles in pre-sales engineering and customer success. Strives to create a positive team environment in which teammates collaborate and enjoy working together. The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 124,480 and USD $ 247,800 per year. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
