Safety Trainer - Job Summary:

The Safety Trainer is responsible for developing, delivering, and evaluating comprehensive safety training programs to ensure that all employees are well-versed in safety protocols, regulations, and best practices. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Update Training Programs:
    • Create and maintain safety training programs, materials, and resources that are aligned with regulatory requirements and company policies.
    • Regularly review and update training content to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Deliver Training Sessions:
    • Conduct engaging and effective safety training sessions for employees at all levels, including new hires, experienced staff, and management.
    • Use a variety of training methods, including classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and e-learning modules.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
    • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, quizzes, and feedback from participants.
    • Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing training programs.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    • Ensure that all training programs comply with OSHA standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, assessments, and certifications.
  • Promote a Culture of Safety:
    • Act as a safety advocate within the organization, encouraging a proactive approach to safety.
    • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on safety-related issues.
  • Collaborate with Other Departments:

Qualifications:
  • Education:

  • Experience:
