Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide nursing care on cases ranging from minor injuries to acutely or critically ill patients in a Level II Trauma Center. We have an amazing and fast acting team who work together in stressful situations, always putting the patients first.

  • You will triage, assess and treat patients of all ages.
  • In this role you will need to manage multiple cases simultaneously while providing general nursing care and prioritizing needs.
  • You will be proficient in recognizing life threatening arrhythmias and initiating the appropriate treatment.
  • You will monitor, record and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
  • You will recognize and respond to changes in a patient’s condition.
  • Coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of NH or valid compact state.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • ACLS
  • PALS within six months of hire.
  • TNCC within 2 years of hire.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
