Essential Responsibilities:
1. Work hours prescribed (Monday - Friday 8:30am-5:00pm) and be available to work additional hours when necessary. Overtime may be required.
2. Accurately scanning all paperwork in corresponding electronic health records.
3. Complete request for records for substance use clients in accordance with all governing bodies, rules & regulations.
4. Maintain medical records database, input data and compile information and report status of medical records as directed.
5. Performs audit reviews on medical records for completeness, timeliness and accuracy.
6. Process other paperwork as requested: school forms, social security forms, FMLA, referral forms, treatment verifications, labs & other medical tests.
7. Work with and train any assigned staff regarding client service records filing/documentation review.
8. Maintain off-site storage and dispose of appropriate records according to agency policy.
9. Serve as a member of the Clerical Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
10. Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
