Join the adventure of a lifetime by becominga teammate with Aerodyne Industries and work on projects that will define ourf Position Title: Lead Systems Engineer Relocation Assistance: None available at this time Remote/Telework: NO - Not available for this position Clearance Type: DoD Secret Shift: Day shift (Mon-Fri) Travel Required: Up to 10% of the time Description of Duties: The Lead Systems Engineer supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on theIntegrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES)contract. The candidate will: Perform Systems engineering and Project Management activities including,but not limited to: requirements analysis, scheduling, documentation andtraceability matrix development, preliminary design, critical design,detailed design, test and evaluation, research and development,implementation and fielding, and sustainment and operations throughout theentire life cycle of the MDSEA program. Scope and execute: studies, analysis, detailed requirementsdefinition, system engineering, preliminary and detailed systemarchitecture designs, and system development of Enterprise Services,satellite ground systems, and operations centers to include all supportingfaci Maintain alignment to support Team Leads: infrastructure, networks,integration, logistics plans, cybersecurity and physical securityprotection plans, and cost and schedule estimates for the development,fielding, tests, and operations of planned space capabilities. Perform impact assessments of customer requests. Develop and present briefings for internal customers and externalstakeholders. Coordinate across the MDSEA environment and supported tenants. Ensure MDSEA products, services, and capabilities are delivered to thecustomers. Validate and verify documentation of MDSEA Enterprise solutions. Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HSDiploma (or GED) and 16 years of general experience; Associate'sdegree and 14 years of general experience; Bachelor's degree and 12 yearsof general experience; Master's degree and 10 years of general experience. Must have 9 years of experience directly related to the support ormanagement of IT systems in a systems engineering or architecturerole/capacity within a DoD and/or Commercial enterprise Must have 3 years directly leading and managing systems engineers within aDoD and/or Commercial enterprise. Must have subject matter expertise in systems engineering, virtualmachines/environments, systems engineering process methodologies and tools. Must have a working knowledge of the following technical/managementskills: Linux and Windows systems administration, storage management,effective database management techniques, and project management. Must have a current DoD Secret security clearance with the ability toobtain a Top Secret with SCI Desired Requirements: Have documented experience d veloping and editing Department of DefenseArchitecture Framework (DoDAF) products for major space and IT systems. #J-18808-Ljbffr
