RN Coordinator Clinical Programs---Colorectal and Pelvic Reconstruction Center-Physician Support Services

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Colorectal and Pelvic Reconstruction Center team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing program initiatives, making recommendations, and acting as a resource for nursing staff related to patient care and clinical standards.

• Develop and document care plans and therapy programs.
• Oversee and ensure plan of care therapy program is implemented as indicated.
• May supervise and direct nursing staff.
• Coordinate, assemble, and maintain documentation as required.

• BLS Provider certification required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelors of nursing preferred.
• RN experience.
• Nurse case management experience.
• Pediatric experience a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Multitasker.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
