*What You’ll Be Doing:*

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Trivium Life Services’ general accounting and financial reporting functions. Reporting directly to the Directo of Accounting, you will provide strategic directions and day-to-day management for revenue integrity and the overall revenue cycle. Together, we strive for excellence in financial management to further our organizational goals. Here are some key responsibilities:

* Produce monthly consolidated P&L and balance sheet statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
* Provide timely balance sheet account reconciliations, implementing and maintaining internal controls.
* Support annual audit preparations, resolving findings, discrepancies, and non-compliance issues.
* Contribute to the development of new accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building and fostering strong relationships.
* Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, demonstrating a commitment to financial excellence.

*What You Need:*

To excel in this role, we seek individuals who are dedicated, mission-minded, and passionate about making a difference. Here are the qualifications required:

* Bachelor’s degree in accounting required; CPA credentials preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.
* Experience in dynamic and changing company environments is a plus.
* Any industry experience within non-profit, healthcare, governmental, or related fields is highly desirable.
* Strong analytical ability and knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in electronic healthcare records, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $63,120.00 - $94,680.00 per year
