As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing Trivium Life Services’ general accounting and financial reporting functions. Reporting directly to the Directo of Accounting, you will provide strategic directions and day-to-day management for revenue integrity and the overall revenue cycle. * Produce monthly consolidated P&L and balance sheet statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
* Provide timely balance sheet account reconciliations, implementing and maintaining internal controls.
* Support annual audit preparations, resolving findings, discrepancies, and non-compliance issues.
* Contribute to the development of new accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, building and fostering strong relationships.
* Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets, demonstrating a commitment to financial excellence.

* Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.

* Strong analytical ability and knowledge of tax laws and GAAP.
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in electronic healthcare records, accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
