RN Clinic Supervisor will supervise the day-to-day clinical operations of a physician practice, oversee clinical staff members, be responsible for clinical staff training, monitoring and maintaining clinical staff competencies, monitoring clinical integration, support physician schedules, and ensure efficient patient flow through the practice. This is a working supervisor position, so this role will be providing direct patient care as necessary to help the team. May involve occasional travel to outreach clinics.

Looking for an RN who is detail oriented, has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with previous clinic experience and previous supervisory experience. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, as well as someone with pediatric experience and is able to teach nursing skills, develop workflows, and has a knowledge of vaccine schedules. Requirements :

  • Current Colorado RN license (DORA); or eligibility to obtain.
  • BSN
  • 2 years post graduate experience as an RN.
  • 2 years supervisory experience in a direct-line supervisory position preferred.
  • Substantial work exposure to ambulatory care is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
  • Must have strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

SALARY RANGE

  • ‎$35.35-$51.98/hour (BSN)
  • Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set
  • Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
  • $8,000 sign on bonus for a two-year, full-time commitment to Valley View. (Internal candidates not eligible for bonus).
