Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled RN-Cardiovascular Specialist to join our team at Ascension Providence. As a key member of our cardiovascular unit, you will provide direct nursing care to patients with complex cardiovascular conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
- Assess and document patient condition, communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and implement discharge plans to ensure smooth transitions of care.
- BLS Provider certification required.
- Licensed Clinical Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
