DME Sleep Technologist - Aberdeen, Chehalis, WA.
Job Type : Full Time.
Shifts : 8 AM-5PM (Mon-Fri)
Locations : Aberdeen, Chehalis, WA.
Responsibilities of the Daytime Sleep Technologist include the following:

  • Verify the medical DME orders and protocol.
  • Complete and verify documentation and orders.
  • Read sleep reports properly and give results to patient.
  • Knowledgeable about supplies and replacement schedule
  • Explain the procedure and orient the patient to PAP equipment.
  • Instructs on proper use of PAP including patient comfort settings
  • Prepare and calibrate PAP equipment for setup.
Qualifications
  • 6 months experience in a medical field such as RT, RPSGT, Nursing Assistant, EMT, etc. (Sleep Technology experience preferred)
  • Ability to organize and plan the activities of subordinates, and to delegate appropriately.
  • Computer skills that include word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.
  • Demonstrate effective written and spoken communication skills.
  • Demonstrate appropriate social skills.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support by the American Red Cross Professional Rescuer or the American
  • Heart Association Health Care Provider or the American Health and Safety Institute Professional Rescuer
  • Participate in a minimum of one hour per month in educational training provided by our Medical Director that is directly related to your position.
