This is a remote position. Candidate can be located anywhere within the United States. POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Federal Government Strategic Accounts Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting and securing large strategic deals with Federal Government and US Federal Government Partners. This role will report directly to the VP Sales at Rancher Government. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, prioritize, and pursue large strategic deals with Federal Government customers and Federal System Integrators. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the Federal Government agencies. Understand the unique needs and requirements of Federal Government customers and tailor solutions to meet their specific objectives. Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product, and legal, to develop compelling proposals and presentations for Federal Government opportunities. Lead the entire sales cycle for high dollar strategic enterprise license agreements: from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing, for large strategic deals. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and policies affecting Federal Government procurement to effectively position our products and services. Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and deal progress. Provide regular updates and insights to senior management regarding the status of Federal Government opportunities and market dynamics. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; 5-10 years of Direct Sales Experience of selling Enterprise deals to the US Government. Ability to travel >50% of the time. Proven track record of success in selling complex solutions or services to Federal Government customers, with a focus on large strategic deals. Deep understanding of the Federal Government procurement process, including knowledge of key agencies, contract vehicles, and purchasing regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively to diverse audiences. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to develop and execute innovative sales strategies. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of initiative and drive for results. Eligibility to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances as required for Federal Government contracts.
