JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Develop, execute, and refine processes crucial to supporting the mentioned functions - Engage in customer communication via phone, email, and customer portals to deliver exceptional service - Conduct thorough audits of invoices to ensure precision and identify payment discrepancies prior to customer review - Address past due invoices and discrepancies through effective communication with customers - Ensure all necessary documents are included in invoices according to customer specifications - Manage multiple customer accounts and/or processes - Update customer profiles as required for invoicing and AP contact details and specifications - Maintain accurate and comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Identify root causes of errors and propose process enhancements to enhance accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in assigned duties. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Reliable and dependable - Proficient in communication through email, telephone, or face-to-face interactions with employees, contractors, managers, and customers - Skilled in practical problem-solving - Competent in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite - Preferably possess 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles - Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and consistently meets stringent deadlines - Collaborative team player with the ability to influence others and communicate effectively across various business units - Organized and process-oriented - Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
