This will include the diagnosis and treatment of common and complex conditions on a range of patients, in collaboration with other team members, to effectively handle patient cases. You are encouraged to consistently develop your industry knowledge in order to provide patients with the latest treatment and resources. You should be proactive in building relationships and recommend alternative solutions when patients require treatment outside your medical purview. Effective teamwork abilities, communication skills, and ethics are highly important at HH&WC. We believe all team members should exhibit these skills to help maintain company culture and ensure the best patient care possible.Patient Consultation and Evaluation:Conduct thorough patient consultations to gather medical history and assess urological symptoms.Perform physical examinations, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results and SurgicalProcedures:Perform a range of diagnostic procedures, including cystoscopy, imaging studies, and urodynamic testing.Conduct surgical procedures when necessary, such as prostatectomy, nephrectomy, bladder surgery, and other urological surgeries.Planning:Develop individualized treatment plans based on the diagnosis, considering patient preferences and overall health.Prescribe Medications:Prescribe medications and recommend non-surgical interventions for urological conditions.Male and Female Reproductive Health:Address male and female reproductive health issues, including infertility, erectile dysfunction, and sexual dysfunction.Pediatric Urology:Diagnose and treat urological issues in pediatric patients, providing age-appropriate care.RequirementsMedical degree from an accredited medical school.Board certification in urology.State medical license.Fellowship training in a urological subspecialty (optional).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Benefits and CompensationSalary: Competitive base salary with additional incentives in hyperbaric medicine and regenerative researchSign-On Bonus: $50,000 after start dateHealth Insurance: Employer-sponsored plan through Cigna, with low deductibles and premiums covered by the companyAdditional Insurance: Employer allotment for Disability, Life Insurance, Cancer coverage, Accident policies, and moreRetirement: 8% matched 401(k)PTO & Leave: 6 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, 7 sick daysContinuing Education: $5,000 and 5 days for further educationSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmMalpractice: Employer-paid coverage ($1,000,000 / $3,000,000)LocationOur clinic is located in Campbell County, Wyoming, nestled between the Big Horn Mountains and the Black Hills of South Dakota.
