03+ Years Responsibilities: Business Requirements Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders including brokers clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements Functional Analysis Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications ensuring they align with the portal's goals and objectives User Stories and Use Cases Create user stories use cases and process flows to capture the end-to-end user journey and system interactions Feature Prioritization Work with stakeholders to prioritize website features functionalities and enhancements based on business value and customer needs UI UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UI UX designers to ensure the portal's user interface and user experience meet industry standards and user expectations Data Analysis Analyze and define data requirements including data sources data transformations and reporting needs for the portal Quality Assurance Define test cases and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the portal's functionality is thoroughly tested and meets quality standards Change Management Support change management processes to facilitate a smooth transition during portal updates and improvements Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements use cases and functional specifications Stakeholder Communication Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders ensuring a shared understanding of project progress and outcomes Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Technology or a related field Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in web portal or web application projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Understanding of the insurance or brokerage industry is a plus Required Skills: Business requirements gathering and analysis Use case and user story creation UI UX collaboration and design principles Data analysis and reporting requirements Quality assurance and testing coordination Documentation and communication Knowledge of web technologies and applications Familiarity with the insurance or brokerage industry preferred Benefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree (“LTIM”): Benefits and Perks: Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, Vision Short Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage 401(k) Plan with Company match Life Insurance Paid Paternity and Maternity Leave The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
