Job Description As the Clinic Director at our Centerville, UT location, you will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the CEO, COO, and fellow Clinical Directors to ensure the smooth operation of our outpatient therapy clinics. You will supervise and support administrative and clinical staff, contribute to high-level decision-making, and manage daily operations to meet established expectations and metrics. Your role will encompass not only managerial duties but also direct involvement in patient care and community engagement. What You Will Do: Clinic Director Duties and Responsibilities: Develop physical therapy operational policies and determine productivity, production, quality, and patient-services procedures. Oversee hiring, training, and development of physical therapy staff members. Ensure financial resources are aligned by studying industry trends and variances. Offer technical direction for patient evaluation and treatment. Manage department budget and operational resources. Ensure accreditation, legal, and medical compliance, and stay updated on regulations. Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with COO and CEO. Follow HIPAA policies related to medical information and coordination of care. Collaborate with the leadership team to assess practice needs and ensure management needs are met. Participate in business-building opportunities, including marketing and community engagement. All other Director duties as needed and assigned. Physical Therapist Duties and Responsibilities: Manage movement dysfunction, enhance physical abilities, and promote overall wellness. Prevent impairments and disabilities from diseases, conditions, or injuries. Obtain patient medical history, conduct systems reviews, and perform tests to identify problems. Implement and follow through with the plan of care. Coordinate patient care, including interventions and re-examinations, and collaborate with specialists. Communicate clearly with patients about their care plans, progress, and discharge goals. Complete EMR charting requirements timely, ensuring progress notes and discharge documentation are up to date. Follow Medicare regulations for patient charting and discharge. Collaborate with seasoned therapists for patient progress and promote specialty services within UPT. Manage patient flow efficiently in a busy outpatient practice. Attend and participate in marketing events and community outreach activities. Engage patients and physicians positively. Perform therapeutic procedures and maintain treatment areas. Ensure equipment is clean and in good working condition. Attend staff meetings and trainings, complete required CEUs, and assist with clinic cleaning and maintenance as needed. Provide coverage for other staff as needed for sick calls, PTO, or other events. Answer phones when calls default to the gym. Follow directions positively and perform other duties as assigned by Clinic Manager, Clinic Director, and Owners. All other Physical Therapist duties as needed and assigned. What You Will Bring: MPT, MSPT, or DPT degree from a reputable institution, completed/passed PT Boards, licensed or ability to become licensed in Utah. Preferred -

Previous experience as an Outpatient Physical Therapist in a management role. Preferred -

Strong marketing experience. Additional Skills which could be utilized to generate revenue for company, expanding patient care and resources. Maintain or obtain current CPR for Healthcare Professionals within 30 days of hire. Professional appearance, dress, and grooming, adhering to the company Dress and Conduct Policy. Clear and acceptable Criminal Background, DOPL, FACIS III, and Drug Screen. Excellent communication, phone, and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn new programs including MS Office, internet navigation, and basic social media, with a typing speed of at least 40 wpm. Enthusiasm for caring for others and treating everyone with respect. Ability to maintain HIPAA, clinic, and patient privacy and confidentiality. Adherence to all company policies. Ability to obtain vital signs, evaluate normal vs. abnormal results, and perform appropriate follow-up actions. What You Will Experience: Work is primarily conducted in a clinical setting within a physical therapy office. Environment may involve a combination of office spaces and treatment areas. Required to assist patients with exercises, set up equipment, and support therapists during treatment sessions. Handling and moving various therapeutic equipment. Environment can be fast-paced and involve close interaction with patients. Standing for extended periods (on your feet for up to 12 hours a day), walking, bending, lifting, and guiding patients through movements. May be required to sit for long periods of time; use computer to enter data; use telephone to converse with customers and employees. Physical demands of lifting and patient transfers, gait safety. Regularly required to: perform repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement, feel the attributes of objects, grasp, push, and reach with arms or hands. Use your body to demonstrate all exercises – Body movements, exercise equipment, reach above your head, lift from waist to above head max 15 lbs. Must be able lift 50 lbs. from floor to waist.
