Senior QA/QC Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Originations, here are the key things this Senior QA/QC Analyst will be doing: Review and analyze student loan calculations, disclosures, servicing activity or other related documents for accuracy Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate system functionality, data integrity and process workflows Collaborate with Underwriting, Originations, Specialty Services and other teams to identify and resolve discrepancies or errors upon boarding to servicing system Conduct quality audits on processed loans to verify adherence to policies, procedures and legal requirements Maintain detailed records and prepare quality control reports for management review Present findings to other team members including senior management Address items in Risk and Control Self Assessments in addition to partnering with Compliance where needed Qualifications

Working closely with the team, this person will meet the following requirements:

2 years of experience in a quality assurance role within the financial industry 2 years' experience with consumer loan review and servicing process preferred Student loan experience preferred
