What You'll Do:
  • As a Preoperative RN , you'll assess patients before surgery, ensuring they're fully prepared for their procedures.
  • Educate patients and their families about the surgical process, answering any questions and providing reassurance.
  • Monitor patients' vitals, review medical histories, and collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a smooth and safe experience.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Required Skills:
  • Current RN license in Tennessee.
  • Graduate of accredited school or professional nursing.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications.
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent preoperative, PreOp or PACU experience.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated stability and longevity in previous roles, with a history of long-term commitment and progression in past positions.
