Job Description
The Fulfillment team at UPLIFT Desk is responsible for on-time delivery of quality products to the customer. We are in need of motivated and goal-oriented Warehouse Fulfillment Associates. You may be required to work in a variety of different areas supporting warehouse operations. Most employees work in air conditioned warehouses.
Required Qualifications
Able to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, kneel, squat, and reach
Lift up to 50 pounds
Use equipment such as dollies and carts to move products around the warehouse. Push up to 60 pounds
Go up and down stairs
Candidates must be 18 years or older with ability to understand any and all safety guidelines and job requirements
Adhere to defined quality and fulfillment production standards
Follow safety protocols to keep yourself and your team members safe. We provide protective gear
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a warehouse environment
What You’ll Do
Pick customer orders from a pick sheet or using a headset with voice commands
Load and unload conveyor line
Build and tape shipping boxes
Pack and ship parcel and freight orders
Ship customer orders using PC-based software applications
Receive, barcode, and stock warehouse product
Unload trucks by hand, pallet jack and/or forklift
Stretch wrap and band pallets
Help with general warehouse upkeep
Assist other departments with different assignments
