Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management and disease prevention.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in respiratory therapy and contribute to the development of best practices at Kingston Healthcare
- Foster a compassionate and inclusive environment for both patients and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential
- Valid state license to practice as a respiratory therapist.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
