US-Business Analyst at R1 RCM in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description R1 is seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role on the growing Insurance Discovery team. This role is required to understand the data provided by the client in the context of the Insurance Discovery platform and will perform data analysis to ensure that ingestion and reporting of data is accurate. This person will have the opportunity to work directly with clients. Responsibilities ? + Provide data analysis reports to internal teams and clients during implementation and ongoing through the contract. + Understand and communicate Client's technical requirements with internal development and configuration teams. + Possessesdemonstrated ability to create and maintain internal documents, guides, and manuals with attention to detail. + Write and maintain scripts to test initial and ongoing client data files for accuracy and completeness. + Deliver outstanding customer service that is recognized and appreciated by our clients. + Support legacy systems and clients until they are sunset: troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, generate reports, monitor processes. + Team player Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Science/Systems. + 2 years of programming experience in SQL. Spark SQL, Databricks experience preferred. + Two plus years of technical support representative experience + Proficient in MS Office and particularly Excel for data analysis + Superior troubleshooting, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities. + Excellent written and verbal communication, time management, and organizational skills. + Ability to excel at managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment. + Must be able to perform as an effective member in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, maintain a positive attitude, and achieve desired results while working with minimal supervision. Domain experience in Health System Revenue Cycle is preferred. For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,971.35 - $74,607.00. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
