Job Description:

How an NDNIA/ACAS Engineer will make an impact:

  • Provides sustainment support of the Army’s network vulnerabilities security assessment capability and related hardware and software per enterprise design and build guidance.

  • Assist the Government in assessing client requirements and define proper Design, Configuration, integration testing, and implementation of the HP Tenable Nessus product within the LWN/Army DoDIN.

  • Integrate HP Tenable Nessus products with other technologies present in the network in support of an integrated solution within LWN/Army DoDIN, Amazon and Army Cloud network and NETOPs tools capabilities to include as Out-Of-Band Management (OOBM)/ Secure Administration Authentication Gateway (SAAG)/Private Access Workstation (PAW)/Dedicated Access Workstation (DAW), Big Data Analytics, Joint Regional Security Stack/Joint Managed Network (JRSS/JMN) and NETCOM Global Enterprise Fabric(GEF) and Regional Fabric Node/Installation Fabric Node (RFN/IFN).

  • Support the design, development, engineering, integration, and technical and operational support to employ specified NIPRNET, SIPRNET, and Deployed Forces (DF) portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN).

  • Support NETCOM in applying architecture to Army Enterprise programs at various life cycle stages. We are looking to hire a full-time FUOPS Project Manager to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.

  • Performs all procedures necessary to ensure the safety of information systems assets and to protect systems from intentional or inadvertent access or destruction

  • Provide design, development, engineering, integration, and technical support to the ADCNOMS project.

  • Attends customer meetings and may serve as primary client liaison.

  • Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff on behalf of the client.

  • In-depth understanding of the task order requirements, their responsibilities, and the ability, knowledge, experience, and skills to carry-out those requirements and responsibilities

  • Current understanding of Army Enterprise LWN capabilities, tools, procedures, and operational constructs.

  • Understands DoD and Army Cybersecurity Policies, including DoD Instruction 8500.01, Cybersecurity, Army Regulation (AR) 25-2 Information Assurance and AR 25-1 Army Information Technology.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience, DoD 8570.1-M certification: IAT Level III Certification

  • Required Experience: 5 years of experience in Information Technology field.

  • Required Technical Skills: Computing Environment Certification (RHCSA and MCSA or TCSP)

  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI

  • Location: Hybrid, must be within two-hour distance from Fort Huachuca, AZ.

  • Windows Server 2008/2012/Window Desktop Operating System/Linux Operating System Administrator (SA)

  • SQL/XSQL Server Administrator (SA)

  • MS SQL 2005/MS SQL 2008 / Linux XSQL Database Administrator (DBA) and SQL/XSQL Reporting

The likely salary range for this position is $89,250 - $120,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
