Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse

Join our team at Gentiva Hospice as a Full Time Hospice Registered Nurse to make a difference when life matters most. As a Hospice RN/ RN Case Manager, you will report directly to the Administrator, Executive Director or Patient Care Manager Senior, act as the primary liaison between physician, patient/family and hospice team, provide direct patient care services, empower patient's caregivers, evaluate patient and family needs, and maintain all assigned patient clinical records.

Requirements:

• Compassionate, kind and empathetic to patients and their families.
• Comfortable providing care wherever the patient calls home.
• RN license in the state of requested employment (or eligibility to obtain).
• 1+ years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology strongly preferred.
• Current driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
