Job Description: As an Architect with our team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our clients' dream homes to fruition. Working closely with our design team and clients, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing architectural designs that not only meet but exceed our clients' expectations. Your creativity, technical proficiency, and attention to detail will be essential in crafting distinctive homes that reflect the unique lifestyles, preferences, and aspirations of our clients.


Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients and our design team to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
  2. Develop innovative and functional architectural designs that align with client preferences, project goals, and local building codes.
  3. Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using industry-standard software and tools.
  4. Oversee the development and refinement of design concepts from initial sketches to final construction documents.
  5. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of architectural designs with structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  6. Conduct site visits and assessments to gather relevant data, assess site conditions, and ensure design feasibility.
  7. Provide expert guidance and recommendations on material selection, construction techniques, and sustainable design practices.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients throughout the design and construction phases, addressing inquiries, concerns, and design revisions in a timely manner.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in architectural technology to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
  10. Uphold the firm's commitment to excellence, integrity, and client satisfaction in all aspects of project delivery.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  2. Licensed Architect (AIA preferred) with a minimum of 3+ years of professional experience in residential architecture, Archicad, or BIM.
  3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
  4. Strong conceptual and design skills, with the ability to translate client visions into compelling architectural solutions.
  5. Excellent technical proficiency in producing detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
  6. Demonstrated understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  8. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to project timelines and budgets.
  9. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building practices is desirable.
  10. Flexibility to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings, as required.
