<b>Description</b><br /> <br /> Position at Autumn Glen <p><strong>Inspiring Success, Creating Community</strong><p><strong>Resident Care Director, Nurse RN/LPN- Job Summary</strong><p>The Resident Care Director will play a critical role within our community, focusing on ensuring high-quality nursing care that aligns with our "Love Well, Love Life" philosophy. This position involves a blend of leadership, clinical expertise, and strategic planning to meet the health and wellness needs of our residents. This position is a key pillar in the overall success of our community.
