As the

Marketing Manager

- Trade Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's success in the USA market. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives with a strong focus on trade marketing, all while leveraging your deep customer-centric mindset and digital skillset. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing for Loupes and collaborating with the Global Marketing team, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional to drive growth for an iconic Italian Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Trade Marketing Excellence: Develop and implement trade marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and ultimately, sales growth in the B2B2C market. Customer Focus: Understand the unique needs and preferences of our target customers and translate this insight into effective marketing campaigns and initiatives. Digital Expertise: Leverage your digital skillset to create and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and email campaigns, ensuring alignment with global branding guidelines. Brand Ambassador: Champion our Italian Brand in the USA market, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and finance, to align marketing strategies with business goals. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth. Budget Management: Manage and optimize marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on trade marketing and B2B2C. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results. Exceptional digital marketing skills, including proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and marketing automation tools. Strong project management and leadership skills.
