Job Description:
The Senior Administrative Assistant for Constituent Relations reports to the Associate Vice President for Strategic Initiatives and Constituent Relations and to the Associate Director for Strategic Initiatives and Constituent Relations. This position plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day functions, operations and coordination of a department that pursues an ambitious set of programs and activities that serve to cultivate deeper connections with-and enhanced philanthropic commitments from-alums, parents, families and friends, with a particular focus on high-capacity individuals. The Senior Administrative assistant frequently interacts with staff in the President's Office, Communications, the Alumnae Association, in addition to colleagues within College Relations, to support the implementation of a broad range of constituent relations activities.
