Are you a seasoned financial leader with a passion for helping businesses thrive? We're looking for a Consulting Executive to provide high-level CFO and Controller services to clients, building lasting relationships while leading a team of Financial Management professionals.

What You'll Do:

• Strategic Consulting : Advise clients on financial strategy, offering executive coaching and guidance.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare monthly GAAP financial statements and manage the month-end close process.
• Tax & Audit Support : Assist with schedules and documentation for client tax filings and audits.
• Financial Analysis : Create financial models and provide data-driven insights.
• Process Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance workflows, support M&A activities, and ensure strong internal controls.
• Client Relationships : Secure new clients, maintain relationships, and cross-sell additional services.
• Team Leadership : Supervise and mentor staff, while managing billable hours and resource requirements.

• Bachelors degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong financial reporting, technical, and organizational skills.
• CPA designation is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication skillscomfortable working with executives, business owners, and staff at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
