We are looking at either Opening Management or Closing Management.
All training will be done in-house through our orientation and training program.
We are hiring immediately and look forward to meeting with interested candidates.

•Oversee day-to-day operations.
•Design strategy and set goals.
•Set policies and systems/processes.
•Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally.
•Prepare regular reports.
•Coaching.
•Run shifts and staff according to position.
•Evaluate staff.
•Follow food safety goals and regulations.
•Use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results.
•Use computers and iPads.
•Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations in the store.
•Maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes.
•Make sure all opening or closing tasks as assigned and completed.
Requirements:
•Must be 18+ years of age.
•Must be comfortable working in a kitchen environment.
•Like a fast-paced environment.
•Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
•Positive attitude.
•Be an encourager.
•Can lead a diverse age group.
