Registered Nure (RN) Med/Surg Float Pool

Position: RN Float Pool - Med/Surg
Shifts Available: Days (Rotating Weekends): 7a-7p, and Nights (Rotating Weekends): 7p-7a
Job Summary:
• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
• Provide plan-based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Job Requirements:
• 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute care Med-Surg RN experience within unit required
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• Current BLS required
• Current ACLS preferred, required within 6 months of hire
• BSN is preferred
Compensation:

• Float Rates: Med/Surg $40 flat rate
• Sign ON Bonus:

$20k for Nights ONLY
$10k For Days ONLY

• Shift Differentials: $3/hr. Nights and $2/hr. weekends
• Relocation: Case by Case Basis
