Responsibilities:
- The QA Clerk is responsible for maintaining all Quarantine, Hold, Expired, Return Goods and Recalled product. This includes the control and maintenance of the same inventory.
- Responsible for disposition of all Quarantine and Hold product on a timely basis.
- Operate material handling equipment required for placement, placarding, and movement of product.
- Support the re-work of product as authorized by the business unit.
- Maintain accurate reports for the business unit and internal management, via SAP and WMS.
- Prepare any reports concerning Quarantine, Holds, Expired product, Return Goods, and Recall of product activities, as required.
- Ensure that lot reconciliation and internal records for product retrieval are properly documented and recorded.
- Hazardous Materials and RCRA training provided.
- Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other positions to assist in times of urgency, breaks, absences, or vacation.
- High School diploma or GED, preferred.
- 1+ years warehouse experience, including computer skills, required.
- Quality Control background, preferred.
- Ability to understand FDA, EPA, DOT and OSHA rules and regulations.
- Forklift certification.
- Proficient in the use of a PC, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.
- General distribution knowledge.

- The position will almost always have exposure to work near moving mechanical equipment, exposure to precarious situations and potential temperature excursions.
- Occasionally the position will have exposure to fumes/airborne particles.
