TEKsystems is seeking a customer service representative to join our clients team onsite in Omaha. This role is a direct placement. Description: The chosen candidate will assist internal team members and customers Contract review of all incoming sales orders Assistance with ensuring orders are accurate and able to be entered Processing POs sent to the company from customers Reviewing each purchase order, identifying errors and communication with the customer to obtain a revised PO Once ready to be processed, the Contract Reviewer will enter the order into the CRM Hours: Monday - Friday Location: Onsite in Omaha Additional Skills & Qualifications: 50 WPM with High Accuracy Proficiency in utilizing a CRM and SAP is preferred High level attention to detail Concise communication Critical thinking About TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
