Responsibilities:

  • Prepare high-quality dishes in a high-volume environment
  • Work multiple food stations efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace
  • Adhere to all safety and food sanitation procedures
  • Assist with inventory counting and reporting equipment issues

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in a high-volume food and beverage environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and personal grooming standards
  • Knowledge of food allergen safety and Vermont health codes

Note: This job requires the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as the physical ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds regularly.
