Our 86-bed facility provides comprehensive medical services and health care resources including an emergency department, an intensive care unit with virtual-monitoring beds, diagnostic services such as imaging and lab, and physical rehabilitation. Key responsibilities include: Operational, financial, and clinical functions of the department of pharmacy Establishing and monitoring quality indicators Continuing the development and implementation of policies and procedures for new and existing pharmacy services Determining and deploying resources, and maintaining safe and effective departmental operations Scheduling, recruitment, orientation, performance reviews and disciplinary action of pharmacy team members Education: Required Bachelors Pharmacy Degree Preferred Masters or Doctoral Pharmacy Degree Credentials: Required Pharmacist License - State of Florida Preferred Consultant Pharmacist license Preferred - ASHP (Pharmacists) - Accredited Program Experience: 1 year Management experience 1 year Pharmacy experience Preferred 3 years hospital related pharmacy experience Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled Position Manager Pharmacy Location Wesley Chapel:Wesley Chapel Hospital | Leadership | Full Time Req ID null
