Willow ABA is hiring a Lead RBT who is in a Masters program and actively working towards the BCBA credential. We will provide fieldwork hours and guidance on your journey of becoming a BCBA!

How we invest in our staff:
  • We provide leadership opportunities to train new RBTs
  • We provide ~10 hours admin time for restricted hours per week
  • Lead RBTs get hands-on experience with a wide variety of client skills and behaviors to prepare them to be the best BCBA they can be!
  • We aim to provide 10-20% monthly supervision in which our BCBAs provide feedback and training on treatment protocols and individualized programming.
Job Duties:
  • Direct therapy implementation using trained ABA skills.
  • Collecting & recording data during sessions, graphing client progress.
  • Receiving direct supervision under a BCBA.
  • Accruing fieldwork hours on paid time.
  • Abiding by HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participating in all-staff trainings
  • Demonstrating client programming for parents
  • Session coverage for novel clients
  • 2:1 and behavior reduction support
  • Baseline sessions with new clients
  • Client review/update (Central Reach Learning Tree)
  • Stimuli creation for clients
  • Mentorship and training of other RBTs and new staff
  • Probing skills within sessions
  • Completing assessments (e.g., VBMAPP) within sessions
  • Updating assessment forms
  • Assisting with treatment plans
  • Training RBTs on clients
  • Weekly meeting w/ Clinical Director
  • Efficiently using allotted admin time
  • Filling in for direct therapy if other staff calls out.
  • Completing all administrative tasking requested by COO, Clinical Director and BCBAs as appropriate.
What we are seeking:
  • Bachelor's Degree Graduates (required)
  • Enrolled in a Masters level ABA program - currently accruing hours or ready to accrue.
  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Flexible full-time hours (Between 8:00-5:00)
  • Center-based ABA experience
  • Some in-home services may be required.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic personalities
  • Physical expectations potentially include squatting, lifting, and running.
