  • Position administers and implements health services for pregnant mothers and children infancy through age 5.
  • Reviews health screenings and assessments, works with Teachers and families to ensure health screenings are completed as designated by the EPSDT schedule, and promotes child well-being through health education activities for children and their families.
  • Requires accurate data entry and data management skills to ensure compliance with grant requirements.
  • Manages Worksite Wellness program to promote staff well-being.
  • Works as part of a collaborative team with other Head Start Specialists.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Nursing (Licensed LPN or other health degree may be considered)
  • Candidate must be able to work independently, possess good time management and organizational skills, and have the ability to problem-solve.
  • Paid travel within a 5-county area is required, no overnight travel.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,500.00 - $57,964.00 per year

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

  • Health program: 1 year (Preferred)
  • tracking paperwork: 1 year (Preferred)
