Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate contract negotiations, manage risks, and ensure effective and efficient contract performance

Qualifications:

  • Strong legalese experience
  • Experience with Contract Management
  • Expeirence with negotiations
  • Construction or related experience
  • 7-10 years experience negotiating construction or procurement contracts in an organization with $500M+ in annual sales
  • Experience supervising others
  • Valid driver's license

Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Finance, Law or equivalent combination of technical training and related experience

Skills:

  • Can determine financial feasibility
  • Understand State contracts

Compensation/Benefits:

This posting is a representative sample of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $126,000-$178,000 and benefits may include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance and 401k with Matching.
