SUMMARY:

The Executive Chef with limited supervision, is responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen; including being a coach and role model in the areas of food quality, food preparation, cleanliness, sanitation and to support in the development of the culinary staff and managing profit and loss cost centers. This position reports directly to our restaurant General Manager, with creative direction from our 40 North Corporate Executive Chef.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Executive Chef will collaborate closely with the Corporate Chef to develop recipes, create and refine menus, and address execution opportunities. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about being the face of the restaurant, engaging with guests, and contributing to menu development. The ideal candidate will enjoy being in front of people, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all our patrons.
