CRG has partnered with a marketing services client in Greensboro, NC! For over 30 years, this company has worked with large manufacturers supporting their sales and marketing initiatives. They work with other companies to manage their databases, handle direct mailings, create CRM applications, or provide call center support. They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! This person would be responsible for providing product knowledge, answering customers questions, resolving issues, inbound and outbound calls, and updating databases.

Opportunity: Contract-Hire
Compensation: $15/hour
Location: Greensboro, NC
Schedule: Monday - Friday (required to work 1 Saturday each month)
Hours: 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Responsibilities:

• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) of clients' products and services and remain informed and knowledgeable of product and business changes.
• Resolve customer issues or concerns via phone, chat, or email by asking troubleshooting questions to diagnose and provide accurate product and service information, according to established policies and procedures.
• Accurately and efficiently update CRM / databases of all customer inquiries and request of warranty replacements.
• Provide exemplary customer service by actively listening to customer issues or concerns, speak to customers in a professional dignified tone, provide empathy and understanding of the customer's point of view, and handle every call with enthusiasm and pleasantries.
• Maintain required performance expectations in quality, availability, call handle time, attendance, promptness.

• High School Diploma
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred
• Customer Service experience Candidates with customer service experience within retail or food service settings are encouraged to apply
