Call Center Representative

Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for Call Center Representative in La Vergne, TN.

Must be local to the area.

Type: 40hrs/wk. Temp to Perm

Start Date: Within two to three weeks.

Location: Intersect of Sanders Drive and Mason Road in La Vergne, TN. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.

Pay: $18.00 to $ 18.00

Length: Temp to Hire for the right person.

Hours : The assigned 8hr shift will be scheduled between the business hours of 7am-7pm- Monday-Friday.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a hybrid role, but candidate must live local to LaVergne, TN. Training is onsite for 4wks.

Responsibilities for the Call Center Representative role include:

  • Answers phones and assists customers with concerns as needed.

  • Enters customer orders received via phone and/or e-mail.

  • Receives calls via assigned call queues.

  • Monitors assigned email to case Salesforce queues.

  • Aids customers with returns process initiation.

  • Aids customers with order requests.

  • Answers shipping and delivery questions.

Qualifications for this Call Center Representative role:

  • High School Diploma.

  • Minimum of one year of call center experience.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills.

  • Polished communicator (written/verbal).

  • Experience with Microsoft Office

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
