Full time, evenings Provide skilled nursing care for residents and oversee daily operation of the Avenue. Benefits Health, dental, vision insurance Tuition reimbursement up to $6000/year Contribution and match on Retirement Plan Five weeks paid time off Access to Success coaches Free parking Key Responsibilities Supervise and assist with daily tasks and care for residents Develop care plans for residents in a timely fashion in conjunction with associates and Nurse Manager Document all changes and factors as related to resident condition Identify and report to Nurse Manager any issues/concerns regarding residents or with Policy and Procedure Requirements Valid NYS license as a RN 1 yr. experience in Long Term Care or acute care desired but not required Experience with guiding nursing through the regulatory survey process Excellent organizational skills.
