Electrical Engineer - Mexico

Position Overview: As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the production and coordination of electrical systems for a diverse range of projects, including new construction, tenant improvements, and renovations. Utilizing your expertise in electrical engineering and design, you will collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Produce a full set of electrical drawings based on client design criteria, including lighting, power, and systems design. Design and integrate emergency power distribution, uninterruptible power supply systems, fire alarm systems, and communication systems. Conduct life safety code analysis and design, including fault current study/analysis and photometrics. Coordinate with project teams to integrate stormwater calculations, grading/utilities, and drainage plans into site plans. Develop site plans with drainage calculations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and client requirements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an accredited institution. 10+ years of experience in electrical consulting design. Proven ability to produce and coordinate electrical systems for various project types, including residential, commercial, industrial, healthcare, office, multifamily, and hospitality. Proficiency in Revit MEP software is preferred. Strong understanding of regulatory codes and standards related to electrical engineering. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment and collaborate with remote teams during US business hours.
