The Role As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking SAP Analyst - Basis Administrator who will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining QuidelOrtho's SAP Environments. This person will be involved in performing daily monitoring, troubleshooting and collaborating with QuidelOrtho's SAP COE teams on new projects. This role will be working in a hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday's) at our Raritan, NJ office. The Responsibilities Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and technical disaster recovery of SAP Basis environments. These include but are not limited to running Unix DB2, Wintel with SQL Server & Linux/AWS & HANA environments. As a member of a team, responsible for SAP system upgrades within ECC and into S/4. Develop and implement SAP performance and maintenance monitoring process and analyze monitoring data for performance optimization opportunities. Assist application and development teams in troubleshooting performance issues. Ensure changes adhere to corporate practices and are properly prioritized and scheduled. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. The Individual Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other technology-related field. 3-5 years of IT industry work experience in the following areas: Designing, installing, configuring, maintaining and performing SAP administration and tuning activities. Experience or familiarity with the Medical Device/Life Sciences Industry preferred. Hands-on experience with SAP ECC 6.0, BW & BOBJ, CRM. Experience working with SAP system upgrades within ECC and into S/4. Ability to maintain and assist in the design and deployment of SAP systems effecting business processes and users at other global sites. Computer skills and knowledge of hardware & software and networking required. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet and presentation applications. The Key Working Relationships Internal Partners: All levels of the organization. External Partners: Vendors and customers. The Work Environment No strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials is required. 30% of time in meetings, working with team, or talking on the phone, 70% of the time at the desk on computer, doing analytical work. Minimal travel required. Travel includes airplane, automobile travel and overnight hotel. Salary Transparency The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 and is bonus eligible.
