Consult with compliance and business partner on strategy development. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 8 years of experience in the job offered, operations, or compliance-related occupation.Position required skills: Position requires experience in: Assess, analyze, report on compliance risk management KPIs and KRIs; Summarize insights from analytical findings using Tableau Dashboards; Create committee and board level data and executive reporting using Tableau or alternate tool; Assess GRC technology upgrades, including Archer or ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management to identify compliance and report compliance risk; Assess, Analyze, and Report on Project Management Activities using JIRA, PowerBI, or Smartsheets.Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $167,128 to 174,200. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
