Job Responsibilities
- Plans, executes and officiates intramural sports
- Assists with pre- and post-game logistics
- Assists with preparation and inspection of game sites
- Serves as a greeter and assists students and personnel with scheduling and inquiries
- Provides a friendly, upbeat and customer-service oriented environment at all times
- Collaborates and provides feedback regarding program policies and procedures
- Serves as team lead for events and submits necessary paperwork in a timely manner
- Provides guidance and adjusts events for last-minute changes with weather, availability or equipment
- Supports the mission of the university and serves as an ambassador of the Q2 culture of service excellence
Required Qualifications - An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Additional requirements may be designated by position.
- Good academic, social and financial standing with the university
- Current enrollment in classes at Lindenwood University
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
- Strong intrapersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail

- General office software, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
- Evening and weekend work required
