Responsible for accomplishing unscheduled/scheduled maintenance; to include, troubleshooting engines, landing gear, hydraulic systems, airframes, electrical systems, and oxygen systems. Remove and replace various system components, as required.What we offer:Pay starting at $33 per hour- Based on experienceFull comprehensive and affordable benefit plans(Medical, Dental, Vision)401k with a company matchPaid time off- 80 hours(accrued)Flexible schedulingIn-house certification opportunitiesFamily oriented cultureStable work environment with continuous development and training opportunities to help you grow your career with us!Duties and Responsibilities:Perform all aircraft maintenance activities in accordance with Flightcheck's RSM, QCM, customers' procedures, FARs, and all other applicable rules and regulationsAccomplish job functions to the highest safety, quality, reliable, and efficient standardsComplete aircraft maintenance work assignments to the highest standards to ensure aircraft airworthinessAble to read, interpret, and comply with all aircraft maintenance manuals and other maintenance documents to complete work assignmentsMust be customer service-orientedEnsure all company, customer, and regulatory documents are complete and accurateProperly use and operate support equipment in performance of assigned duties, i.e., servicing units, jacks, lifts, calibrated tooling, etc.Occasional travelPerform other duties as they are assignedRequirements:Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalentMust have a valid A&P and State Driver's LicenseMust be able to read, write and understand English and the ability to interpret technical data and special operating instructionsMust be able to lift and move up to 70 poundsMust be able to pass background check and pre-employment drug screeningMust be able to climb ladders ranging from 6 to 10 feet tallPreferred, but not required:3 years of experience- preferredB737NGB767-300B737 Max 8A330Workplace environment:Potential exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic chemicals, and moving mechanical parts.Occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and extreme heat.
