St. Luke's Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Assistant Manager, Labor and Delivery for a nursing job in Twin Falls, Idaho. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours Employment Type: Staff Overview St Luke's is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Nurse Manager to join our Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Postpartum team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maternal-child nursing, with proven leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role involves overseeing daily operations, supporting nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care for mothers and newborns. Education: Bachelors of Science in Nursing Experience: 3 years nursing experience Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License required and Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross. Day shift Monday through Friday with adjustable hours. Leadership call every 3rd or 4th weekend.
